From input to downstream route

On-site decontamination as a controlled process

Sterilwave combines shredding and microwave treatment in a hermetically sealed, electronically secured and insulated tank.

Four process steps

Each step has its own control point

The installation is one component. Acceptance, validation, records and the permitted downstream route complete the process.

1. Acceptance

Check packaging, waste fraction and deviations before loading into Sterilwave.

2. Treatment cycle

Combined shredding and microwave treatment of accepted waste.

3. Records

Relevant cycle data is recorded digitally for review and documentation.

4. Downstream route

Applicable waste code, packaging, storage and external collection are determined for the site.

Next step

Find the Sterilwave configuration that fits
