Advisory & Compliance

From healthcare waste to a demonstrably controlled process

SimpleComply defines what each site needs for validation, permitting, business case, implementation and lifecycle management.

Explore the three routes

Your project, clearly structured

Three routes, one project plan

Start where your project is today. We connect compliance, finance and execution in one plan.

01

Compliance & Validation

  • Map waste streams and acceptance conditions
  • Translate risk assessments and biological hazards into work instructions
  • Define validation, cycle registration and permit checks

Output: site-specific validation and compliance file.

02

Business Case & Financing

  • Size capacity to volume, composition and peak load
  • Map installation, operating and logistics costs
  • Compare purchase, financing and Sterilwave leasing

Output: substantiated business case for decision-making.

03

Implementation & Lifecycle

  • Prepare site, installation and commissioning
  • Train staff and embed practical work instructions
  • Organise preventive maintenance and process optimisation

Output: operating plan for reliable daily use.

Sterilwave technology
Process: 100% electric  |  approx. 30 min cycle  |  up to 110 °C  |  no process water  |  no liquid effluent  |  full traceability

Capacity and reduction vary by Sterilwave model, waste type and composition. Independent validation results apply to the tested configuration and test conditions; for each site we assess the relevant waste stream and operating conditions.

Why microwave treatment works

Sterilwave combines mechanical shredding with controlled microwave heating in one automated cycle. This creates a controlled process that brings microbial inactivation and process recording together.

1. Shred & mix
Rotating blades reduce the waste and increase the exposed surface area for effective heat transfer.
2. Microwave heating
The automated cycle takes approximately 30 minutes and heats the material to a maximum of 110 °C, without a pressure vessel, process water or chemicals.
3. Inactivation & traceability
The independent IRM test series demonstrates 7.41-8.68 log10 microbial reduction. Cycle data are recorded for traceability.
